error navigating from acq line items to patron requests

Bug Description

If you

1) create an acquisition patron request
2) add it to a selection list
3) retrieve the selection list
4) follow the "requests" link for the corresponding line item

The read-only PO Line Item filter widget in the resultant Patron Requests interface will be populated with the picklist URI and not the line item Id. A similar error happens if you create a purchase order for the line item and then try to view the patron requests.

The resultant page will not find matching patron requests.
