web client serials: serials copy template editor gives erroneous unsaved message

Bug Description
3.0.0
In Serials Administration >> Serial Copy Templates, select and existing template and then select Edit Template from the Actions menu. If you attempt to close the edit modal without making any changes, you get a erroneous error message "There are unsaved changes; close anyway?"
