Confirmed in 3.0.1
When searching the report templates, the search term is entered and results will appear in the Template Search Results list. If the "Limit output to:" display is changed to "50" or "All," then the results will not re-appear at all.
Unlike Terran's experience, in my particular search, I was able to change the Limit output to display to 25 and have results appear. I had exactly 25 reports appear in my search results.
I suspect that if there are not enough search results to populate a page for "50" then Evergreen won't load the report template search results. Not sure how the "All" display fits into my hypothesis.
