web client: title link in check out interface does not contain record ID

In the web client, the title link in the check out grid does not contain a record ID. Therefore, if somebody clicks the link in an attempt to retrieve the record, they will be brought to the client's portal page instead of the bib record.

By the way, changing it to "item.record.doc_id()" would have worked as well.
