Confirmed in both Firefox and Chrome.
eg.cat. default_ record_ tab is being properly set in local storage.
When retrieving a record from the search results screen, it defaults to the OPAC view no matter which view is set as the default. However, if you then refresh the record page, the record is retrieved in the default view as expected. If I retrieve a bib record by ID or click on a title in the client to retrieve the record, the default view is used as expected.
I'm fairly sure this was working as expected when I was testing bug 1708951 last month.
