Bug Description
In the XUL client's patron editor, a pending address has a widget for "Approve Address" next to the address that would get replaced were the address to be approved. In the web client's patron editor, this is not displayed, and the pending address is listed as if it were any other address on the account, with no indicator that it was entered directly by the patron.

I experienced this with a patron in the SPARK consortium--it actually wouldn't let me delete the old addresses in Webby and then when I went into XUL I saw the 'pending' notification -- once I cleared that I could edit the record normally.
