Bug Description
EG 2.10.6
We have have several patrons at different locations get very angry about this behavior. They hate the fact that the web catalog says that they have 2 renewals remaining, but when they go to renew the renewal gets denied because there are other holds on that title. It's like we are handing them candy, then snatching it back at the last moment.
I'm wondering if there would be a way to show them up front if it was possible to renew something at the point in time that they loaded the items out page in the catalog.
Is there a way to do a trial run renewals, just to find out if it would work. Then if that fails, show the number of renewals as 0?
Thanks
Josh
