Bug Description
In 3.0.0:
When creating a new patron with an email that already exists on another account, a "X patron(s) with same email" alert appears, and clicking on it opens a new search tab but doesn't show the results.

I checked this on both webby.evergreen catalog. com and demo.evergreenc atalog. com (both on 3.0.0) and the duplicate alert is working for me as expected.
