Activity metric badges do not display on records that are one-hit result

We've been troubleshooting issues where activity metric badges don't display on search results or record pages when we expect them too.

The one use case I have been able to consistently replicate is on systems that have enabled the library setting to immediately land on the record page for one-hit results. In those systems, if a user performs a search that results in one hit, and the one hit is something that has earned an activity badge, the badge will not display on the record page.
