Cannot delete or replace copy tags

I am unable to delete or replace copy tags for an item. The steps I followed:

- Retrieved the copy in the volume/copy editor
- Clicked the copy tags button and clicked to remove the tag. In one case, I also tried adding a new tag at the same time.
- Clicked OK.
- Clicked to save the copy.

The copy tag that I tried to remove remains on the copy. In the case where I tried to replace the tag with a new one, the new tag was not applied.

I am able to add a copy tag if a removal is not part of the step.

I'm marking this a duplicate of bug 1724223, which appears to have addressed this issue in 3.0.2.
