web client: Required field color highlighting is inconsistent

Bug Description
In the patron editor, if a required field has not yet been entered, it's highlighted in yellow. In the copy editor, required stat cats are highlighted in red. I recall seeing light blue somewhere else - maybe working/
Can we pick one color and go with it?

Still a thing in 3.7-beta. I prefer yellow since it's high-visibility, but I agree that whatever we pick, consistency is best.
