Bug Description

Since upgrading from 2.11 to 2.12, acquisitions purchase order activation is failing to create a PO JEDI object. The error message is:

2017-09-15 12:16:24 next-utility01 open-ils.trigger: [ERR :29036:Event.pm:526:] Can't call method "class_name" on an undefined value at /usr/local/share/perl/5.18.2/OpenILS/Application/Trigger/Event.pm line 594.

When I add some debugging statements outputting the value of the $context variable being referred to on that line, I get the output here: https://pastebin.com/raw/CHpP91fn

I have not determined whether this is a problem with our PO JEDI template or something else local and would love to hear feedback from others on this.

EG 2.12.4
OpenSRF 2.5.0 (have also tested with 2.5.2)
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
PostgreSQL 9.4

I haven't been able to reproduce this in master as of today. A couple things that might help narrow it down would be:

- posting your current template
- posting the contents of action_trigger.environment for the relevant A/T event def

FWIW, our production server is also on EG 2.12.4 and OpenSRF 2.5.0 and we are not seeing problems with PO JEDI action triggers, or action triggers in general.

Marking this bug as Won't Fix since it originated from our agency, we're not seeing this issue anymore, and no one else appeared to be able to reproduce.
