Mobile OPAC view of lists loses check all option

When log into the OPAC on a mobile device, the patron lists lose their "Check All" option, so patrons must select every message individually.

I've confirmed this, but it appears to be intended behavior that would require a css change. The style.css file works to hide the table header when the window width is below 600 pixels. This appears to apply to all table headers, so is linked to Bug#1717539 in that respect. I'd be willing to crack at it, but I'm not sure what end result is the most desirable.

Seems fixed as of 3.11. Willing to mark as won't fix.

Noting that when I initially reported this bug it was an issue on the TPAC. Since it is not an issue in the BooPAC, I'll agree with Steven and mark it Won't Fix.
