Bug Description

The "Auto Suggest" docs page has a "note:" in the middle of an ordered list, but it doesn't generate the correct output because AsciiDoc syntax requires "NOTE:" in all capital letters.

http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.11/_auto_suggest_in_catalog_search.html

So "note:" needs to be changed to "NOTE:".
