Bug Description
The master record for a metarecord should never be the electronic version of the group. It leads to confusion and sometimes can lead patrons onto the electronic resource that they do not have access to. Unless there is no other choice, I recommend the code be changed to respect the electronic format when choosing a master record for the group. Perhaps the master record should be re-evaluated every time a new bib is added to the group.
