Comment 40 for bug 1691269

The branch user/gmcharlt/lp1691269_now_with_callnumbers signs off on the previous patches and adds:

  * support for call number prefix, suffix, and classification scheme in converted templates
  * a unit test
  * some minor cleanup

Given the size of the follow-ups, leaving to another committer to review the results before merging.
