Bug Description
Displaying copy locations as links to more information, or to a map of the library highlighting the location would be useful to help patrons find the items they're looking for.

- adds a url column to asset.copy_location
- the url field is editable in the Copy Locations Editor
- a url in the field will case the copy location to display as a link in the opac.
