Evergreen should offer a simple workflow for adding external URIs to MARC bib records when cataloging

Step one in UC Davis' BIBFLOW Roadmap is to establish a workflow for adding external URIs to newly cataloged records. Here's the link to their description: https://bibflow.library.ucdavis.edu/step-one-linked-data-lookup-marc-cataloging-workbench/

This would be very useful to have in both original cataloging workflows and copy cataloging (z39.50 and batch import). Before implementing this type of feature, there would need to be a clear decision about how Evergreen wants URIs to be stored in MARC records (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1575908).
