Browser client bib search next/prev actions fail to refresh holds

Evergreen 2.12

1. Perform a catalog search with multiple results.
2. Select a record among the results that has holds.
3. Click on the Holds tab to view the holds for the current record.
4. With the holds tab still focused, click the Next or Previous buttons to navigate to the next or previous record in the search results.
5. The list of holds displayed does not change to reflect the newly viewed record.

A note to whoever tests this -- check to see if this fix also addresses bug 1669907

Andrea, the fix for this bug doesn't address bug 1669907, but I have pushed another branch that does address it, and I've noted that on that bug.

My test:

Using concerto, I do a search for "music", and jump to the 2nd entry, Southern Gods. Then I go to View Holds, and change the Pickup Library to CONS. Then I hit the Previous button.
