Synchronize web staff progress indicators

Continuation of bug #1522638.

There is a mixed bag of progress indicators in the staff client (bootstrap progress, html5 progress, inline, parts of dialogs, etc.) Once the code for bug #1522638 is merged, these progress indicators should be replaced with the egProgressDialog for consistency. egProgressDialog also offers features that may be unavailable in the existing progress indicators that we can take advantage of during the migration.

There could be others.

Pushed a collab branch that migrates the patron editor progress indicator. It also displays the progress dialog during patron save.

Made this a collab branch since this is basically a selection of bite-size bugs and I don't plan to immediately knock them all out.
