Evergreen 2.10.1
When attempting to save a circulation policy if the policy is a duplicate of an existing policy nothing appears to happen when Save is clicked.
Ideally Evergreen should give some sort of alert to indicate that it is not possible to save the policy otherwise staff may just keep clicking Save.
