Update XUL about page committer listing

Evergreen master

Even though we're moving to the web client soon enough, the about page for the XUL client does contain a listing of current active core committers for the project and should be updated as long as the XUL client continues.

The following changes have occurred for two users:

Benjamin Shum is now a volunteer for the project and Jason Stephenson now works for C/W MARS.

I've signed off on Ben's patch, but have also started a new branch that tacks on one more update reflecting Equinox's name change:
