web client: Patron account Other menu needs to appear in front of due date box

Bug Description
Retrieve a patron in the web client and, while on the Checkout screen, click the Other button to view more menu options. The dropdown menu appears behind the specific due date box when it should appear in front of it. In addition to looking bad, it also obscures the Triggered Events / Notifications option. Screenshot is attached.

Looks like we had to boost the zindex value for the Patron Account tabs, which was overriding the zindex value set for the dropdown menu.
