Bug Description

The features that came with https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1332138 appear to be missing from the web client. There is no place to add a documentation URL for a template and no place to add a hint for filter fields.

I can't reproduce this issue: the web staff template editor has a field for the URL to the right of the template name input, and filter hints can be changed by using the Change Column Documentation action in the grids.

Yes, I see those now too. I think it would be better if Change Column Documentation action were renamed as Change Field Hint (which is the label used in the subsequent dialog box), but that probably should be filed as a separate bug. Marking this one as Invalid.
