Docs: has some broken formatting

Bug Description

The documentation for has a few small AsciiDoc formatting errors, which can been seen here:

The issues include:

- A missing backtick at the end of the first example URL (after "A couple of examples follow:")

- Multiple cases of incorrect quotation marks (e.g. ``user''), which should be replaced with single backticks (e.g. `user`)

The AsciiDoc file can be seen and edited here:

NOTE: The Evergreen community generally does not use Github for managing pull requests, but documentation is the exception to that rule. In addition, docs changes are welcomed in whatever format is easiest for you, though AsciiDoc is preferred if you are able to provide it.

Fixed missing backtick on URL. Updated double single quote to single backtick where needed.
