Thanks for the excellent documentation, Kathy.

I traced the problem back to how the Hatch code was extracting the compiled HTML content from the DOM. In some cases, particularly when print templates don't have a single root element or the root element contains id, style, etc. attributes, the final print content may be missing key elements.

Fix pushed to the EG working branch.
