Bug Description

In OpenSRF bug 1612771, we renamed chunking to bundling, but there are still places where we reference chunking in the Evergreen side of the code. We need to rename these on the Evergreen side as well. In particular:

- Bib records are not properly importing during acq order record uploads. The following message was found in the logs: "Caught error from 'run' method: Can't locate object method "max_chunk_count" via package "OpenSRF::AppRequest" at /usr/local/share/perl/5.18.2/OpenILS/Application/Vandelay.pm line 904."

- alt_holds_print.js references "chunk_size", which might explain a problem a few of us saw trying to use the Alternate Print Strategy for the holds pull list

More info is available in IRC logs - http://irc.evergreen-ils.org/evergreen/2016-11-15#i_275968

This bug needs to be addressed for the 2.12 release. Is it likely OpenSRF 2.5 will eventually be used by systems running 2.10 or 2.11?
