Add Active Date to Item Status (F5) Columns

One of our libraries has requested that we add "Date Active" to the available columns in the Item Status UI (in the XUL client). I checked the web client to see if this would need to be added there, but I only see a limited number of columns available, so I'm assuming this is a different mechanism.

Works for me too. Picked to master for inclusion in 2.12.

I would like to see this column picker option in the web client as well. However, it seems best to wait until work on bug 1528924 is done, if the active date does not get included in that work.
