Icons do not display for staff client metarecord results that are OPAC non-visible

Bug Description
When performing a "group formats & editions" search in the staff client, if the retrieved record or all the records in the set are not OPAC visible (they contain no copies, for example, or live in non-OPAC-visible copy locations), the format icon will not display. Expected behavior is that the format icon will display regardless of OPAC visibility.

Confirmed that this is indeed true in the staff view of the TPAC. However, in the Angular Staff Catalog which is now the default, the format icons for records that are not opac-visible DO display in the group formats & editions results.
Marking Won't Fix.
