Hello, here is a ticket to discuss having multiple validators, or stacking validator as Jeff called it in IRC.
Use cases:
It would be nice to be able to run a UsrHasEmail validator along with CircIsOverdue validator for an email overdue notice. To keep from feeding targets/usrs to the send email reactor when there is no possibility of it working.
It might be nice to be able to do and/or logic with a number of validators.
