web client: Work log transactions should clear at end of session

Bug Description

This is a cousin of bug 1527694. When testing the web client and then returning to it after a few days, all of the work log transactions from my previous session continue to display. These transactions should clear after staff have logged out of the client or have automatically been logged out due to inactivity.

Confirmed 2.11 and 2.12, work log still showing transactions from previous login sessions.

I am not sure I want the work log to clear after the session. What if I need to go back and check on a staff member or patron and the work log is helpful to do so. I do think it should clear after a period of time but not immediately.
