changing the Filter in certain paged interfaces should cause the UI to jump back to the first page of results

Really minor bug. Specific example from the XUL client:

Admin -> Local Administration -> Notifications / Action Triggers
Next
Filter
Definition ID
is
1
Apply

You'll see no results, because you're still on the "2nd" page. Click

Back

And then you'll see the event definition with id 1.

Note that the notification / action triggers UI will hopefully be updated soon. See bug #1855780. Other old grids are still affected by the issue, though, so I went ahead with the work.
