webclient: Title links from checkin do not go to bib record

Bug Description
On the checkin screen, the Title link no longer contains the record ID for the title that was just checked in. Therefore, when the link is clicked, the user ends up on the web client home page. The record ID is required in the URL to bring the user to the bib record as is expected.
