Bug Description
EG 2.10.5
To make the checkout history feature more useful to patrons, more of a general reading log it would be nice if patrons could mark arbitrary titles as being on their checkout history list.
For those that use the checkout history to not re-read titles, this would help in situations where they acquired titles on their own. Or if they just recently joined the library and want to add titles that they have read in the past.
Now that the circ history is stored in a separate table from the circulations I think this might be easier to implement.
A few methods of adding items might be.
1. Link in the record detail page.
2. From a list.
3. Upload a list of ISBN's, UPC's, etc
I think that user added titles should be identified as such, so customers can still see which titles they checked out in the past, vs what they added.

I like this idea. There could be a link to do it with the Add to List and Place Hold links.
Uploading a list of ISBNs would be tricky though, since the same ISBN can be used for more than one title - or the opposite, the library might not own the edition that matches an uploaded ISBN but might own a different edition.
