Bug Description
EG 2.10.5
I was having trouble using the circ history sorting feature with my 260 circ history items. It looks like the cstore query that grabs the info had the substream argument in the wrong spot, so it wasn't taking effect. This caused beam to get overloaded and not return results in time to be useful.

Bill Erickson found the bug, I tested it out and that fixed my issue.
