"Manage Authorities" needs more information displayed

In the Cataloging -> Manage Authorities interfaces (both XUL and web client), there is not a way to view record summary information similar to what is available when viewing a bib record. Useful information to someone managing authories would be:

Record Creator
Creation Date
Last Edit Date
Source
Owner

These are all available fields in the authority.record_entry table.

This came up because our staff member who manages authorities was unable to tell when a record was created or last updated.

I'm going to try to work on this. It will involve a lot of learning for me, so I definitely won't be very quick. If somebody else might be able to take care of this more quickly, I'm very happy to defer.

Hopefully this issue can be addressed when this dojo interface is re-implemented in Angular (and this interface hopefully turns into an eg-grid).
