Bug Description
We would like to see an OPAC feature where the Account Preferences section shows a (Change) link where the patron can enter a new phone number for each of the three phone numbers. I leave it up for debate weather this edit should have to go through the same approval process as the address change. It probably should be an opt-in feature via library settings. Comments welcome!
