Bug Description
While testing fix for LP#1352542 (Printing: LC Call number formatting (2.5.2)), we found a particular case that has an extraneous line in the generated spine label.
G1792.M413 1997 formats as

1792
.M413
1997
The blank line before 1997 is not desired. I don't know yet if the LP#1352542 fix is related to this (my first guess is no).
nonstandard EG 2.9.5 (with LP#1352542 fix manually applied)
I will take this on during bug squashing day.
