Group Results By Format and Edition text next to checkbox not aligned correctly

The metabib_search_modifier id "Group results by format and edition" is not aligned in the same way as the "Limit results to available items" id.

There exists a:

#limit_to_available {
vertical-align: middle;
}

but no

#metabib_search_modifier {
vertical-align: middle;
}

So they appear "very" slightly off center when compared together.

There might be a better way than just adding in the #metabib_search_modifier CSS, but it corrects the alignment issue for me. You could also just remove the #limit_to_available CSS portion, I suppose?

I had to zoom in closely to see it on screen, but I confirm the text is misaligned!

#depth_sel is also missing the vertical-align CSS.
