Bug Description

At present, if the opac.search.tag_circulated_items library setting is turned on and a user who has opted into storing circulation history logs into the public catalog and does a search (either bib or metarecord), results that the user has previously borrowed are tagged as such.

It would be nice if the indication that a logged-in patron had borrowed the item: could be displayed on two additional pages:

- record details
- grouped record results

Comment copied from dupe bug #1878656:

If a patron is logged in and has opted into retaining checkout history, add a notation like "Borrowed 10/29/2018" to titles that are in the patron's checkout history, similar to the way Amazon shows a note when you're looking at the record for a product you've previously purchased. This can be helpful whether you want to avoid taking out something you've previously borrowed or if that's what you're trying to do. There could be an option in Checkout History that patrons could use if they didn't want to see these notations.
