Item status screen column options do not include age protection

A wishlist request from our cataloger: the Item Status screen does not provide an option to view an item's Age Protection status as a column. Having this information available would be useful on the Item Status screen, and would additionally be useful if the records are exported to CSV/Excel.

Also noting that for both XUL and the web staff client, the age protection value is not presently displayed on the alternate view/detail view of a single copy on the item status page.

On reflection, I'm not sure this is really a "wishlist" item as much as a minor bug - it seems like the kind of information that would, intuitively, be part of Item Status, and once you notice that it's not there the absence is palpable. I, honestly, always assumed it was included, and was shocked when it really wasn't, to the point I examined every column option to make sure I wasn't just overlooking it accidentally.

Adds Age-based Hold Protection to the following:

XUL client:

- Item status list view column picker
- Item status alternate view
- Holdings Maintenance column picker

Web client:

- Item status alternate view
- Holdings view column picker

Thanks Michele! One question: in addition to adding age_protect to the web staff fleshing, you also add circ_modifier, is this to correct another bug, or unintentional?

I added circ_modifier to correct another bug I discovered while working on this. Sorry, I meant to include that in my comment.

Prior to adding circ_modifier to app.js, the field was blank in the item status alternate view, even if the copy had a value in the circ_modifier field.
