Bug Description
When uploading several different files to the same queue (e.g. a huge MARC file that has been split into smaller parts), it's hard to keep track of exactly which files you have already uploaded. I don't know if EG already records filenames of uploaded MARC files (I didn't see anything in the vandelay schema), but it would be great to see a list -- maybe in the "Inspect Queue" interface -- of which files have been uploaded.

Jane, I may be misunderstanding your bug, but I thought that one can use the column called "imported as" to see which files have been imported. That column is supposed to show the bib number, (and hopefully the auth number) assigned to the record once it was imported.
I am not saying that having additional visual queue are a bad thing, just wanted to offer a potential workaround in the meantime. Also to make sure I was on the same page as you.
