Bug Description
Build a component-based TT OPAC made of parts that can be assembled as the end user desires, like building blocks.
Abstract the public OPAC completely from the staff client.
Components should allow for construction of an adult public catalog, a children's catalog, an academic catalog, or other specialized catalog.
(Because of some OPAC customization work I'm currently doing, I have been exploring this.)
