ACQ invoice search for invoiceable lineitems skipping lines with multiple copies on first try at searching

Evergreen 2.9.0

When setting up an invoice and using the search tab to add lineitems to the invoice, it has been discovered that the first pass at searching
for invoiceable recieved items is missing lines where the number of copies > 1. Subsequent attempts at searching will bring up the multiple copies lines as well as the single copy lines. In testing by hitting the search button repeatedly, I found the results varied. Sometimes I'd get the multiple copy lineitems and sometimes a repeated search will not retrieve them.

After setting up the invoice with the desired provider, the search was set up with the following parementers:
LI State is received

The first time the search button was clicked, the list only brought back titles with 1 copy ordered/received. The second time I clicked the search button, I got back a longer list that included titles for which 2 copies were ordered/received. Repeated searches went back and forth between 1 copy results and multiple copy results. I could find no pattern in this behavior

I have also had experiences many times if the "limit to invoiceable items" is checked, no result are found, but if you uncheck the box to list all the items on the PO, the items are there to be invoiced.
