Bug Description
We have hidden the OPAC footer in our local implementation of the staff client to reduce screen clutter.
I would like to see it hidden by default (like the header is) and I'll attach a small patch here that does so, but I'm not sure if there are any Evergreen libraries that have reasons to keep the footer when viewed through the staff client. (See attached screenshot for clarification of what I am referring to.)
