web client: Record bucket missing some data in the header

Bug Description
The record bucket interface typically displays with the name of the bucket along the top, along with the record ID number, the name of the owner, and an org unit (the owner's home library? I'm not sure).
In the web client, the name of the bucket displays, but we're missing the ID, the owner, and the org unit.
The ID does display in the URL, but I think it's more visible if it displays with the name.
