webclient: column pickers need to be alphabetized

Bug Description

It is very difficult to find the correct field to display in web client grids because the column pickers are not alphabetized.

Also, the copy status field appears to be missing from the check-in grid in webby.

This is fixed as of c5b51b6325bb5f42dab326b3856bc32dfd10d0e3 and available on webby for viewing. Fields are grouped by their underlying object, and the tooltips are improved to show where how we got to the column (for auto-added columns). In particular, see the View Holds grid on the record summary page.
