Bug Description
The Item Status form in the web client is missing the "Actions for Selected Items" and "Actions for Catalogers" dropdowns. (See screenshot from regular staff client.)

The Actions menu is now available in the web client. I'm setting this one to Incomplete rather than Fix Committed because I'm not sure during which release the menu was added.
