Bug Description

When inspecting the contents of a MARC record record queue, the table listing the contents of the queue will almost always have a horizontal scrollbar due to the number of columns displayed. However, attempting to use the scrollbar will (most of the time) not cause a horizontal shift, but will instead jump the focus to the top of the table.
