Enhancement needed: When you import a record from OCLC via z39.50, it should set your holdings on that record in OCLC but it doesn't.

So it looks like there is an API for automating OCLC holdings additions and deletes. Maybe there could be an action trigger reactor for OCLC integration. Triggered on new copy creation somehow, and last copy in an OU or decedents for deletes.
